Favorites in 7.0 is based on the ideas behind mypicks, but with much of the code modified to integrate with and replace the previous server favorites + add the javascript based editting. So to back port to 6.5 would be a big deal. I think it would be preferable to suggest people try trunk or use MyPicks. Trunk is reasonably stable now, the main thing missing from the new plugin api is the ability to automatically install plugins, other than that plugin work and the new logging and prefs code is there....
