7.0 requires all new plugins, so the old ones won't work at all. Some plugins have been updated, but not all of the authors have been working on 7.0 versions yet. I have a copy of weathertime that I use on my home setup, so if you email me at slim-mail (at) deane-freeman (dot) com, I will forward you a copy (it's too big to attach here).
