A bit more info would help. The whole point of a beta is to solve problematic installations.
Can you see if there is an Alien sub-directory in the slimserver ? Does AlienBBC still appear in the Extras menu ? Doe you have RTSP entries in the Server Setting/Filetypes menu ?
