I hope thiss doesn't turn out to be something really obvious, but I've
just noticed my SC7 install doesn't play m4a files any more, while the
old 6,5 is OK. Seems to be something to do with bitrate limiting. From
the log:

If I change the max bitrate to 320, the last line changes to 320.
What's going on here?
