Harder question to answer. The wiki says November, but as someone who contributes to code, I would hope it would be when the targetted bugs are stomped. My guess is currently November, unless something high priority on the delivery wish list is held up (note, that this doesn't mean the loudest bug report). It's the best answer I can offer.
