I'm glad you were able to get SqueezeCenter going by deleting the cache
files.  You are of course correct that one should not have to delete
files manually when updating from SlimServer to SqueezeCenter.

I tried up updating from both SlimServer 6.5.4 and 6.5.5 to the latest
7.0a nightly myself without issues on Mac OS X 10.4.10 however.

One thing to keep in mind is that when updating 7.0a to a newer 7.0a
you may loose your preferences.  Here is a link to that bug if you
