The problem is that you are using some application that sends TrackStat CLI commands. Since TrackStat isn't installed it just shows an error message when the command is received in SqueezeCenter.
These messages will probably come if you are running the Moose application but there might also be other applications that tries to read the TrackStat rating information with CLI command.
