if I disable iTunes (SqueezeCenter - Settings - Extras) and update from SlimServer_trunk_v2007-10-21 to SlimServer_trunk_v2007-10-22 then iTunes is enabled!
Have tried with several nightlies. I'm doing something wrong ?
