Zlib should be installed correctly. It's in the same tree as any other
perl module:

Code:
--------------------

  $ find . -name Zlib.*
  ./perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/ppc-linux-thread-multi/Compress/Zlib.pm
  ./perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/ppc-linux-thread-multi/auto/Compress/Zlib/Zlib.bs
  ./perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/ppc-linux-thread-multi/auto/Compress/Zlib/Zlib.so

--------------------

And the scanner works when run via "Browse Music
Folder"->some_new_folder_with_some_mp3s_sc_didnt_see_before.

How can I "backwards update" my up-to-date trunk (I do "svn update"
from time to time). Because the scanner *did* work at some time with
the same system.

Thanks.
