I've cleared the cache and I get the same results. I've also logged in to the server and the settings page shows the same results there too.
I have used MIS on my server before, under 6.5.5. For 7.0 I did a clean install into a new directory. Thanks for looking into it. Since you're not seeing it, it looks like a problem on my system. Tomorrow night I'll try a complete uninstall and try again from scratch.
