Yeah, it's a race condition that probably only shows up on slow machines or virtual machines. > The kernel version for CC 4.1 is 2.6.9 altho' 4.2 (now available) will > upgrade to 2.6.18. It's not the kernel, it's the initscripts package. FWIW, the -d option appeared in RHEL4 and FC5. I'm not worried about old FC releases since they're all EOL, but I guess we should support older EL releases. The weird thing is that CC4.2 appears to be based on CentOS 4.4 which has the -d option, but they instead use the initscripts package from FC4 that doesn't. I have no idea why. I'll look into a fix. In the meantime you can just remove the -d. You may also want to file a bug with CC suggesting they use the initscripts package from CentOS4. -- Fletch ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fletch's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=529 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=39841 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
