/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl is already in @INC so afaik, the only other
code change required is the one I made to OSDetect.pm

It's definitely not :(  The problem is that the errors cause the rest
of the scriptlet to not run.  I figured this way users could  turn off
SELinux and still test the RPM for other issues.  I'll explain this in
the other thread when I build tonight's nightly.  I'll remove it if you
disagree.
