buuut....it worked so well for me *sigh*. seriously. we're talking about home users of vista here. no one in the corporate world in their right minds would install vista on clients. and if you're a home user and haven't figured out how to permanently elevate your pseudo admin account to real admin privileges, well, then you deserve to get no response from the shut-down/exit action.
