What would cause this?

The following CPAN modules were found but cannot work with SqueezeCenter:
CGI::Cookie (loaded <not found>, need 1.27)

The squeezecenter CPAN directory is in the Extended @INC and other
modules under CPAN load fine. Note that this problem is unique to
Mandriva - other Linux's work fine.
