I went to that URL and tried to create a new account. It wants a zip code - being British, I tried to enter my postcode, but that was too long. I tried to click on the terms and conditions link, but got a page not found. So, I entered 80125 as a zip code and pressed created account. The screen flickered, but I couldn't see any success/error message, so I pressed the submit button again. I got an error: "There was an error creating your account: The email address you entered is already in use." I thought that maybe I had missed the first message, as I was expecting a different page for the result, so I tried to log into the account I had created, but it didn't recognise the account/password.
