I'm also not impressed with whatever changes were made to the services. Everything worked fine for me using LocalSystem, but support were gettng calls from people using network drives so it was changed.
Anyway, to go back to the old method, dump SlimTray, it's useless now. Run "C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\squeezecenter.exe" --install ... and Squeezecentre will appear in the list of services again. Then just reset it back to the using the system account. Remember to remove Slimtray from your Program Items->Startup Group, as I don't know what mucking around that app does now. -- oreillymj ------------------------------------------------------------------------ oreillymj's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=699 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=40522 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
