Same problem here... Updated to last might's built to try and solve a problem I was having with Moose. That problem is now solved. I then tried connecting the SB3 to my SC server and was prompted for a firmware update. I tried updating, but the proccess won't finish. The progress bar goes to about 40% and then the bad state error appears.
One way to get out of this cycle is to press and hold the power button for a little while... then click the up arrow and connect to the Squeezenetwork. Can someone in SD confirm if there is something wrong with the firmware that came with last night's build?
