A SB3 should offer a lot of time to update your browser without dropping sound, since it has a pretty big buffer (at least relative to SB1). I have yet to figure out how to get SC7 to recognize "updated" apple itunes artwork so if your artwork never shows, then I could see how the server could be busy and drop sound. In any case if you want to avoid having artwork attempt to load all together, I have had luck using ... Settings-->Advanced--->Files-->excluded extensions png, gif or whatever extensions you see in the "loading" message.
