OK, I get it.  So it doesn't make sense to remove either button.  I
still think it would be a nicer UI if the main screen contained a list
of OPML files that already existed in the default location(s).

Beyond that, maybe the page (and the favorites) just needs more
documentation.  The first time I ever installed 7.0, I copied a few
OPML files (previously used with MyPicks) into the playlist dir.  I
expected them to magically show up in either Favorites, or the Editor
or somewhere...  When I started playing with the editor, some basic
things weren't obvious without a little trial and error.  For example,
the difference between Import and Load?  What kind of path do Load and
Import Need?  Or is it just a filename?  Where does Save put the file? 
Or do I need a full path?  Is the .opml extension the default, or do I
need to specify it?  Stuff like that.

Regarding the Browse local machine vs. server machine - I don't know. 
Either way half the users will think it's wrong...
