I once had that exact same problem with Dynamic Playlists and SC7. Disabling dynamic playlists did the trick. Strangely though, after a few updates, it was fixed and I haven't had the problem since (well, at least until my server died last night, so I haven't had a chance to try it in the last few days with the most recent update).
