This is one reason you should not use playlists for radio stations...  
OPML favorites are the right way to create a hierarchy of favorite  
radio stations.

I made a change recently that caused this, the intent being to copy  
the title of a playlist to the items in the playlist if they didn't  
already have titles.  I'll take a look and see what can be done.
