I believe there's supposed to be a way, but after wading through this
bug report, I'm not certain how it should work or even how it's set.

Mp3tag ( http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ ) should do this if you tell it to
copy BAND to ALBUMARTIST.  Since it doesn't recognize ALBUMARTIST as an
id3v2 field, it will create it as a TXXX field and copy the value in
BAND (TPE2).  Use an Action of 'Format value', set the field to
ALBUMARTIST and the Format string to %band%.  Please test it thoroughly
before unleashing it on your entire library. :)
