Hi, Running SC7 build 16051 on Win XP.
I am trying to set up streaming to my work location and whereas I seem to have the network part running, I can't get the bitrate limiting to work. Right now, I am plying some MP3 music with SoftSqueeze 3.5. I have the bitrate limited to 64 kbps under the softsqueeze player in the Players menu and I am told that Lame has been installed successfully. And yet, when I check the bitrate of the file being played by softsqueeze, it is the full 320 kbps of the original file. The situation is the same if I connect to the server with WMP. What is going on? I guess, it may be something to do with the File types setting menu.
