I have also found that when the list of advanced settings extends off the 
bottom, the vertical scrollbar becomes visible for the page, but the top of the 
scrollbar is masked by the medium-grey area that the selection drop-down list 
control is sitting in.

The drop-down list content that is displayed contains a grey strip all the way 
down the left-hand edge, which is overwritten with the selection highlighting, 
which looks a little odd (just cosmetic).  I think that dark-grey vertical 
strip is there because it is copied from the player selection control on the 
main page, which usually contains a dot to indicate which player is currently 
selected, but it is meaningless to have that in the settings page (also doesn't 
display the dot next to the currently selected player within the player 
settings page drop-down list)?

The advanced selection widget defaults to the "Formatting" page.  I'm wondering 
if there should be a label next to that control to describe what it is. It may 
not be obvious that there are many different settings pages that can be 
navigated to from that control.
