I'm running yesteday's and today's nightlies on a fully "Microsoft Updated" XP sp2 box with no issues. I've had all of the .NET updates installed for a while and just checked the MS Update for anything new/additional to install but there was nothing.
I'm running SC7 as a service using the local system account since I don't have a network drive to access to get at my music. Silverlight, whatever that is, seems to have been installed but not fully setup in IE7 on the XP box because when I went to check for updates it wanted me to accept something - which I didn't. Since I only use it for a music server I didn't need the fancy stuff on. Can't think of anything else to describe what may be different between the systems.
