For the desktop version of Ubuntu, you can go to System -->
Administration --> Software Sources.  Select the Third-Party Software
tab, then click the Add button.  For the just testing repo, enter:

http://debian.slimdevices.com testing main

I've added all three, the other two being:

http://debian.slimdevices.com stable main
http://debian.slimdevices.com unstable main

Select the check box for the repo you want to use, and then you can
just select it in the Synaptic Package Manager app under the All
category.
