use metaflac to list all tags in your files.
This is the official command line tool that comes with flac.
Use the following command:

metaflac --list --block-type=VORBIS_COMMENT <flac_file>

Use some tagger like mp3tag to make sure you don't have any id3 tags in
your flac files!
