You only need one. Just check the date on the slim.exe file located in the installation folder. It should have the same date as the large exe file that you downloaded. If you have doubts that the installation didn't complete correctly, just run it again. If it still doesn't work, there may have been a bad build, so run the Windows installer from the previous time you downloaded (don't delete the last known good download). If you're really a novice, it's probably best not to be downloading and installing nightlies very often.
