I've no problem with live or Listen Again streams. I think BBC servers handle "regions" and so your region could be having problems and I need not be affected.
Usually "Listen Again" streams work when live streams have problems - are you having problems with both Live and Listen Again ? Can you play streams through Web and Realplayer ?
