Yes, sorry, strayed into the wrong forum. Feel very lost. The problem though is exactly the same as what Patrick was experiencing. I downloaded the new mplayer file you found and got stereo working on it immediately. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get Alien working since then. All other internet radio seems ok. Alien was working (one channel) before I got the new mplayer. I've tried downloading ALIEN again but to no avail. The streams go to 8 or 9 seconds and then back to 0.
