I have the same on Vista Sp1 too, but IE version 7.0.6001.17128 (newer RC) and also on the final SP1 in Vista (system is not running yet, so I have not the version here). Also the proble exist on XP SP2 with IE 7.0.5730.13.
But as studly wrote, the problem comes up with SC 7.01 version. SC 7.0 works fine for IE and me (maybe it comes from the gray shadow on left side, which looks new in 7.01).
