Seems the GF transferred some Itunes DRM tracks into my library unbeknownst to me. Looks like SC scanner hit the wall on finding the DRM tracks just quit it's discovery and proceeded to scan up to that point only. I would have expected to see an objection in the scanner.log but none appeared.
Should have been alerted when some time back she complained that my "over the top" audio system refused to play her music. Painful, slow, frustrating process dealing with Windows explorer when the directory contains 116,000+ files.
