Interesting on the 'split screen' issue on MS 7.0, I bought a new monitor...22" which gives 47cm width. Playing about with the 'overall' MS window size, I managed to get the RH window to be small & the left to be large. Currently I have 35cms devoted to album art and 12cm devoted to the 'now playing' side. This gives me a nice display of artwork 10x wide! Obviously resizing the windows directly via click & drag would be better, but this work around seems to meet my needs. Obviously, this doesn't really have anything to do with the new monitor...
