It provides the user with a mechanism to add their own menu items associated with stream urls under the Internet Radio menu in the UI. To see and example of how this might look, copy the attached myradio.opml file to your playlist folder and restart SC. (assuming you are running a 7.1 nightly from the last couple of days.)
