It wasn't available in the Default skin, but only in Fishbone - where it still is. We decided against them by default as the number of buttons can clutter the screen. I did enable them (after all I added that "hidden" feature because I wanted it :-)), plus I'm using MusicIP Mixers. Which makes five buttons.
