The log shows you are not using the iPlayer Addon menus. A few weeks ago the BBC have started a change to the Radio website using iPlayer. Most (except r4 and BBC7 A-Z I think) Listen Again have now moved from old menu to iPlayer. This is part of a BBC plan to change audio formats - this change has altered all URLs so most old URLs will not play unles they are a "brand".
Did you install the iPlayer Addon and restart SC ? If so then you should have a menu "BBC iPlayer Radio" - use this menu to access "Listen Again" programs of each of the stations. If you wish you can move the iPlayer menus to top level using the AlienBBC Plugin Settings page.
