Yes, it has come up before. But I'm still not sure whether it's a bug or a 
caching issue or a IE setting... I've never been able to reproduce (tried XP, 
Vista, various languages IE6-8).

Please also try to delete SC's file cache (you'll find it's path in 
Settings/Status) and the browser's cache.
