I just started playing with SC 7.3 and noticed that the left panel is "sometimes" shrunk in Album view. I also noticed that the Album View pull-down on the lower left corner disappears when this happens. (See Pic). I used to have a similar issue a while ago, but only when accessing the Main Page of the Web UI for the first time after a server restart. I'm currently using IE8 Beta 2, but I did not experienced this behavior in Album View with SC7.2 either using IE7 or IE8 Beta 2.
