Well, curiosity got the better of me.  I needed to figure out if it was
something that was cached wrong (although the Chrome behavior would rule
against this) or else figure out which rev fixed it.

I cleared the server cache and went back to r23063 and the problem
returned.

Did a couple more SVN updates until r23077 fixed it.
