I think its in the wiki. First, you need to have an SD card in your controller.
Second, you need to write jive...bin onto the card. You can do this either by removing the card and writing it however you like, or by enabling ssh (called remote login on the controller settings, IIRC) and using scp to copy the file to /mnt/mmc on the controller.
