BTW - last night I was looking around for the Audio playback feature in r3173 and stumbled upon the "Turn Off" (SBC) menu item , which I'd never used.
I decided to try Sleep to see what options it might have, but the unit went straight into a power down. Just before the screen went blank there was a loud crackle from from the remote's inbuilt speaker. I then moved/shook the remote slightly to bring it back to life. When it came back on, there was no sound from the scroll wheel etc. I tried tweaking the volume settings for the wheel, but couldn't get any sound until a full reboot.
