You should not expect a new version of SC to contain a new version of SBC firmware. SC checks the URL I posted whenever it is restarted and then every 12 hours to see if new SBC firmware is available. You should not need to download anything directly from that URL, but you can check to see what's there. If a new version is available and you don't want to wait for the next 12 hour interval to expire, just restart SC and it'll check again.
