You could try removing (or renaming) <SC-Cache-directory>/MySQL. I'd tell you to look at Settings->Status to find out where it is, but this won't work...so my guess for Windows:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SqueezeCenter\Cache\MySQL Make sure, this directory doesn't exist or is empty when you re-install SC or start mysql.
