Can you confirm whether any of the shortcut keys work (like SPACE, z, b) and do the keys work for inputting text in a text input screen (such as search for artists)?
Also, I think you said that keys had previously worked for you? If you could try the earlier images and find out when it worked that would help pinpoint the problem.
