The problem I fixed was when a listening to streaming music, and the remote server closed the tcp connection (or the connection died due to network problems). This seems to happen a lot with shoutcast streams when I was testing, it's not clear why yet. That was fixed in r3281.
If you do get crashes while listening to music, it will be useful to know what you were listening to and if it's easily repeatable.
