I've checked in support for the player UI to use remote metadata properly and format it according to the title format pref.
This needs a lot of testing, let me know if you see any problems. Please test with 3rd party plugins that provide metadata as well. I also checked in support for metadata for RadioTime streams. RadioTime provides this, and it's usually the current show title, such as "Fresh Air". Some stations may not have any metadata.
