It's not just me!

Actually, user prefs were moved to a .squeezeplay directory under your
home directory, which also means you should no longer need to run as
administrator since it's not trying to write prefs files to the program
directory.  Try deleting c:\Documents and Settings\username\.squeezeplay
and trying again (you'll need to reset your settings).  So far that's
worked for me today.

I've found that blowing away the settings files seems to deal with
stability issues.  I assume there's changes to the parser or the
options themselves that are causing issues.
