I had the following problems with 3395: 1: Apparent key bounce. I'd hit a button, and it would act like I hit the button twice. Seen on several buttons, so probably not a hardware problem. I'd hit paused, and it would pause and then unpause rapidly in succession. 2: Setup is broken? I did a factory reset, and got the select language screen. Picked english, which took me to a screen that said "press center button to start setup" (or something to that effect), and showed a picture of the scroll wheel assembly. I hit the center button and it never moved past.
