O.k. once more from the top. You're using Controller firmware r3411. Are you using SqueezeCenter SC 7.3-23976? On your controller you went to settings/advanced/audio playback and enabled? You are trying to use only your music files, Internet radio or Pandora? If you've done all of the above maybe try disabling audio playback and then re-enable it. If still nothing are you actually connecting with SqueezeCenter? A quick check is when you go to settings on the controller do you see more than 3 or 4 menu items? If you see advanced, screen and home only you aren't connected to SC. If you go to settings on the SBC then advanced/about what version does it show there? Is it r3411 or something else? Lastly and sorry if you stated this already, but what are you running SC on? Windows..Linux... Does your controller work as far as controlling your SBR?
