I've been trying to get server-side 96/48 transcoding working, and I'm a bit confused about how these files are used and their locations.
I'm on ubuntu and I have /etc/squeezecenter/convert.conf I copied this to /usr/share/squeezecenter/custom-convert.conf for editing, expecting this to override anything in /etc/squeezecenter/convert.conf, but it appears not to do this. So, is /usr/share/squeezecenter/custom-convert.conf the correct location for this file, and if so, why don't entries in custom-convert.conf files override entries in the default /etc/squeezecenter/convert.conf? - which would seem the sensible way for it to work. -- Patrick Dixon www.at-tunes.co.uk ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Patrick Dixon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=90 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55823 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
